It became transparent to one of our principal suppliers that they were losing market share in Canada year over year. A new approach was needed for this market if they were to be successful and Matexion – Your Materials Connection, was born.

We now have a warehouse in the US to serve local clients.
Expanded sales and services into the US by request of suppliers and customers who were anxious to replicate the Canadian success.
Expanded into Quebec by opening a warehouse in Magog, QC.
Increased growth again saw Matexion expanding into their own building of 36,000sq.ft. in Brantford, ON a location easily accessible to all major highways.
A second warehouse was added in Cornwall, ON, to better service customers in the surrounding area and throughout Quebec.
The incredible growth of the company provided an opportunity for expansion. The operation moved to a 9000sq.ft. facility in Cambridge, ON. The facility wasn’t the only expansion needed as the staff doubled.
Matexion opened for business in Waterloo, ON, in a 2500sq.ft. warehouse/Office with 3 employees.
